Junior Tennis

Introduction

There are a wide variety of activities for Junior tennis members at Lostock Tennis Club. See our Coaching page for more information on our coaching programmes for juniors.

Competitions

Lostock run their own junior tournament each year, which is open to members only:

Under-18 and Under-14 boys and girls singles, doubles and mixed.

Senior Play

Juniors with senior status are encouraged to come to senior practices and tournaments. Indeed, a significant number of our junior players regularly play for the adult teams!

JUNIOR LEAGUE

Lostock Tennis Club enters teams in the Bolton Sports Federation Junior Leagues. Teams are made up of 2 boys and 2 girls who play 2 mixed doubles rubbers and 1 boys/girls doubles each match.
